Ritz-Carlton Destination Club offer massage services

The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club Members will now have access to a wellness concierge who will assist them in putting together a personalized program of wellness services combining spa massage services, fitness and dining aspects in an effort to have a positive impact upon their personal well-being.

The new wellness series has been designed and tailored to fit Members’ individualized needs by providing free time with the wellness concierge. This helps to ensure the experience allows Members to reach their wellness goals. The wellness concierge assists the Member in creating an individually tailored program, which may include personal training, group exercise classes and a full selection of massage services.* Additionally, each property will have a unique selection of wellness services to be offered based upon location.

Wellness concierge, Tom Hays, has been in the hotel industry for 23 years beginning at The Lodge at Vail and most recently at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Formerly a professional chef, Tom shifted direction by obtaining his Personal Trainers Certification as well as a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition and board certification through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. As the wellness concierge for The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, Hays will be a liaison to Members to assist them with their individual needs. Beginning this summer, Tom will be traveling to select Ritz-Carlton Destination Club locations to introduce this concept of individualized wellness to Members, Owners and Ritz-Carlton Ladies and Gentlemen.
