American Eagle fly Reno to Los Angeles route

American Eagle has landed at Reno-Tahoe International Airport and bringing three new flights between Reno and Los Angeles. starting June 10, 2010.

American Eagle, a division of American Airlines, offer non-stop daily service between Reno and LAX on three flights per day. gives the LAX market the largest amount of service of any city served through Reno-Tahoe International with 12 flights per day.
American Eagle fly the Reno-Los Angeles route with three Embraer ERJ-140, 44 seat Regional Jets. The new flights give American Airlines a combination of 14 arrivals and departures each day to Chicago, Dallas and now Los Angeles. “These additional flights highlight how American Airlines provides Reno with amazing one-stop connections around the world through three of the largest hub airports in the United States,” Bart said.

The announcement is the latest in a series of air service accomplishments at RNO. Over the past six months, Reno-Tahoe International has announced 16 additional flights while other airports across the country are still struggling to regain service lost through the challenging economy. “American Eagle adding service and flights is a demonstration of how hard this airport is working to help the economic recovery in this region,” Krys Bart, president/CEO of Reno-Tahoe International Airport, said. “We appreciate the confidence and support American Airlines is showing our community.”
